At Petronixia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your ballet flats, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Shoes must not show any signs of wear or damage
- The original box must be in good condition
- Items must be free from any odors or stains
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at info@petronixia.my with your order number
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package to our returns center (address will be provided)
- Keep your tracking number for reference
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover shipping costs
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- PetroSa is not responsible for items lost in return transit
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom-made or personalized items
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@petrosa.my with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
9. International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returns. These charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning international orders.
